We want to give our heartfelt thanks to you for your remarkable show of support at the Board of Trustees meeting yesterday and for your continued advocacy for the responsible development of solar power in our community. Of course, a special thanks goes to our youngest activists, who spoke up at the meeting and rallied the crowd with their chant, "Save Our Trees!" We are beyond grateful to you all. You had a major impact. The Croton Conservation Advisory Council also read into the record their own unanimous opposition to this project. However, the Board discussion of the HNGC Proposal which was to follow Public Comments was postponed since Village Attorney Linda Whitehead was absent (sadly, due to a death in her family). Dates to mark in your calendar when the Board could next discuss and/or potentially vote on this proposal: Tuesday, January 4th at 7pm: Board of Trustees Meeting Monday, January 10th at 7pm: Board or Trustees Work Session Tuesday, January 18th at 7pm: Board of Trustees Meeting We’ll keep you posted on next steps as we get further details.
